After smashing into a vaulting horse at high speed, Dave Stewie’s (Chris Meloni, Law & Order:SVU) professional gymnastics career came crashing to an end. Years later, following the humiliation of his failure while at the brink of taking home the gold for his country, Dave discovers that his new passion in life is teaching middle-school gym class.

But when the President of the United States issues a nation-wide fitness competition, with the title of “Gym Teacher of the Year” and a picture on a Wheaties box at stake, Dave quickly begins to feel the pressure of competition once again. To make matters worse, Roland Waffle (Nathan Kress, iCarly), the new student in Dave Stewie’s class, is a Gym Teacher’s worst nightmare. He lacks confidence, wears a helmet to school everyday, and is threatening to ruin the class’s chance at winning the competition. Dave must now take it upon himself to work with Roland to overcome his confidence issues and grow as an individual.
